Give yourself a boost to get through the winter days, ski weekends and weeknight dinner planning. Choose fillets or portions to suit your household. 

Fillets: Average 1.25 lb. to 1.5 lb. and you can count on about 6 to 8 fillets per 10 lb. box. 

Portions: Average 6 oz. to 8 oz. and have around 25 individual pieces per 10 lb. box. 

Can't go wrong with one of each!
