Everyone is asking, "Where is that recipe?" We handed out the last of our recipe cards, so here you go! This recipe makes delicious sliders that we love. Secret to success...Coconut oil!
Wild Alaska Coconut-Lime Salmon Sliders
1 lb. Kvichak Fish Co. ground salmon
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Monterey Jack or Parmesan cheese
1 bunch of diced green onion
A pinch of Kosher salt, a teaspoon of Sesame oil, and clove of chopped garlic
1 Tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 Tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup Panko bread crumbs until mixture is easily formed into patties.
Pan fry on medium heat in coconut oil until golden brown on each side. Heat internally to 145 deg.
Garnish with a lime, squeeze and enjoy!
